Yes, you have full control over your membership. If you decide to cancel, simply log in to the membership site, go to your account settings, and select "Cancel Membership." You’ll continue to have access to the program until the end of your billing cycle.

We understand the importance of experiencing the community before committing. While we don’t offer trials of the membership site (which includes workouts, meal plans, and community support), we do host in-person events where you can experience the spirit of the Confident Curve Community firsthand! Our workouts are designed to be versatile! While some routines may suggest dumbbells or resistance bands, many exercises can be modified to use body weight or household items. We also offer workout modifications for all fitness levels. If you're having trouble with an exercise, please send us a note.

Once you’re a member, you’ll receive email notifications with the schedule for live Q&A sessions. You can access them directly from the membership site by logging in and navigating to the "Live Events" tab.

Yes, you can pause your membership if needed. Simply log in to your account, go to your settings, and select "Pause Membership." You’ll retain access to the community and content during your billing period, but your payments will pause during the designated time. You will lose access at the next billing cycle.

Due to the digital nature of our program, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel or pause your membership at any time without penalty.
